Profesia has a variety of products to fully cover the employee lifecycle starting from job advertising as a core product to the candidate management system, CV database, and contract management. The brand is also known for its high-quality events such as Profesia days or Najzamestnávateľ.
The Challenge
The Covid era had hit hard on online revenue trends for Profesia. Even harder for continuously decreasing online sales to be reborn. With sales reformation, the ambitious target of 7 mils Eur arises. It’s obvious that the e-commerce approach needs to be changed.
Having relied on hard-coded personalization until now, the introduction of the service-based solution and the changes required to use it represents a challenge for the company. On the other hand, this approach would speed up the delivery process, sharpen the segment targeting, and get the CRO optimization on a truly different level.
